Kris and his wife Megan have three daughters and reside in the same city in which they were born- Spokane Valley. He obtained his Business Finance degree from Gonzaga, followed up by getting his Masters degree from Whitworth University. He continues his love for baseball and kids by coaching at Gonzaga Prep during the spring and summer. At one point, Kris and his brother Colin owned a sports academy focusing on life lessons in teenage student athletes.
